In 2002, Datawise was asked to assist with completing the configuration of a new server, client computers and network for a customer who was left with brand new but non-functioning network systems recently installed by another IT service provider.

From that time until now, Datawise has provided this client (and many others) with comprehensive IT support, network and system upgrades, computer hardware, network monitoring and management and software development services including website and membership management database application. More recently, Datawise has also supplied and configured a VoIP phone system for this customer and continue to manage the network including phone system.
